Yoga is at once a state and a process. An agnostic approach allows us to remain open and skeptical enough for direct experience without the trappings of dogma or cynicism.Practice becomes a way of observing, testing, and discovering what proves true through moment-to-moment awareness of the interplay between body, breath, emotions, and intellect. This approach prioritizes empowerment of the individual in a strengths based approach.Maximum of 10 participants each class. Each class is approximately 80 minutes.Rather than centering the practice around repeated sun salutations or continuous vinyasa, each class follows an intentionally curated sequence that emphasizes breath, safety, adaptability, and thoughtful progressionWeekly local classes, 1:1 training, and workshops are available locally in Eugene, OR at the Hidden Gem Studio.
